ADMINISTRATIVE PAPERWORK
As soon as you arrive at the Thermal Center, go to the reception office to take care of the administrative paperwork. You will need the following documents:
- Confirmation of your reservation
- “Carte vitale” Health Insurance Card
- Agreement for treatment from the French Health Care Insurance
- Check to cover co-payment (unless covered 100% by Health Insurance)
- Prescription from doctor who prescribed the thermal treatments
Please note: If you cannot present the agreement for treatment and the “Carte vitale” Health Insurance Card, you will be asked to write a check for the total cost of treatment.
CONSULTATION WITH THE THERMAL DOCTOR
Once you have finished with the administrative paperwork, you will meet with your thermal doctor. After examination, he/she will prescribe the thermal treatments adapted to your pathology as well as the treatment schedule that you will follow during your stay.
TREATMENTS
Upon arrival, you will receive a personal welcome: our hostesses will give you a bathrobe, towels and slippers.
Then, our thermal team will be responsible for your treatment and follow you throughout your health stay. Your treatments will begin on the 1st day!
In order to fully benefit from your treatment, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before the start of each treatment. You will receive 2 to 3 hours of treatment every day.
OUTSIDE OF TREATMENTS
Uriage is a haven of peace full of historical charm, located at the foot of the Belledonne mountains. It is the perfect change of scenery to quietly decompress and relax. After every treatment session, you can take advantage of many tourist, cultural and sports activities that the region has to offer.

RECEPTION FOR CHILDREN
Children may be treated starting at 6 months. A “family” cabin is specifically adapted with a changing table and a place to park a stroller. Games are available for children in the dermatology department and are disinfected after each use. Organized activities (drawing contest for example).
