2 - GENERAL
The present General Sales Terms and Conditions shall govern the contractual relations between the Uriage Thermal Centre (here after the “Seller”) and the Client, defined below as being the user of the website centre-thermal.uriage.com (here after the “Website”) and accepting the present General Sales Terms and Conditions. All other conditions do not engage the Uriage Thermal Centre. The information contained on the Website may be modified by the Uriage Thermal Centre without previous notice. Placing a purchase order on the website implies full acceptance of the present General Sales Terms and Conditions.
3 - PRODUCTS
The essential features of the services offered for sale are presented on the website.
4 - VALIDITY PERIOD FOR SALES OFFERS
In the case of ordering a product that is unavailable, the client will be informed by email or any other means as soon as possible.
5 - PRICE OF SERVICES
The service or service packages are subject to VAT. Prices on the website are in Euros and include all taxes.
6 - PAYMENT METHOD
Payment for orders are handled electronically, directly on the website using a bank card.
7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Client has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise his right of withdrawal counting from the date of the order confirmation. The Client informs the Seller by sending him the withdrawal form copied from Appendix I attached to these General Sales Terms and Conditions.
In this case, the Seller fully refunds within a period of fourteen (24) days counting from the date at which he received the Client’s decision to withdraw. The order amount will be re-credited by bank transfer to the Client’s account that was used when placing the order.
The Client’s right of withdrawal many not be exercised for services already provided before the end of the withdrawal period. If the Client wishes the performance of a service to start before the end of the period of withdrawal, he must inform the Seller in writing. When a Client exercises his right to withdrawal pertaining to a service that has already begun, upon formal request, before the end of the withdrawal period, he will pay the amount for the service to the Seller until he sends his decision to withdraw. The amount will be proportional to the total price of the service at the time of order.
8 - COMPLAINTS
Without prejudice toward the preceding terms, all complaints related to inexact quantities or a mistaken reference in an order confirmed by the Seller, should be formulated in writing within a period of four (4) days counting from the confirmation of the order, failing which the right to complain will be cancelled.
9 - DATA PRIVACY
Personal data provided by the Client will not be shared with third parties. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act N°78-17 of January 6, 1978, the Client has the right to access and modify data at any time. To exercise this right, the Client only needs to contact the Seller, whose address is indicated in the heading of these present General Sales Terms and Conditions.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act N°78-17 of January 6, 1978 you have the right to access, modify and delete all of your personal data with proof of your identity.
10 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
The present General Sales Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the French Republic.
Any dispute concerning the present General Sales Terms and Conditions are subject first to an attempt to find an amicable solution between the Seller and the Client.
If no mutual agreement can be reached, the dispute will be judged by the relevant court based on the Client’s address.
