For the little ones.
Specific sessions of physical activities are offered for children. They are intended to help in the development of a child’s physical condition (endurance, strength, flexibility, balance...), reduce stress and anxiety while promoting management of emotions, self-confidence and the psychological well-being of the child. The physical activity also maintains and strengthens respiratory capacity as well as the immune system.
Suggested activities:
- Water sports in the Uriage grounds: competitive sports, team sports, expressive activities...activities are held indoors in bad weather.
- Pool activities for children who have no medical contraindication: fun situations in the water, basic notions in swimming...
Each session ends with a relaxation period.
